COMMON QUESTIONS

Do I need experience to join?

No. Our semi-private sessions accommodate all levels. Coaches scale movements and loads to your ability. Complete beginners are welcome.

What does a typical session look like?

Sessions are 60 minutes: 10 min warm-up/mobility, 40 min strength work (squat, bench, deadlift variations), 10 min accessory/conditioning.

Can I make up missed sessions?

Yes. If you miss your regular session, you can attend any other session that week with available spots. Just let us know ahead of time.

Is gym membership included?

Semi-private training includes access 30 minutes before and after your sessions. For 24/7 open gym access, add a membership for $49/mo (discounted from $99).
